Our philosophy stems from tradition, which has handed down to us the cultivation of roses in vineyards as a practice used since ancient times. The rose, an extremely sensitive plant, placed at the beginning of the rows, controls the health of the vine and helps the winemaker to monitor and protect the vineyard, detecting any pathologies and facilitating rapid intervention. The typicality of our production lies in the craftsmanship of each step. In fact, each bottle is individually numbered and prepared by hand until the dried rose is placed.
