A relaxing ride in nature, in the shade of centuries-old olive trees, carob trees, almond trees, figs and prickly pears, along secondary roads and old clay paths lined with dry stone walls. The tour ends with a tasting of typical Apulian products and sensory analysis of different types of Apulian extra virgin olive oil.
