The first stop is at Caldas de Monchique, a 16th century SPA Resort. Let’s explore the ancient gardens that look like they came out of a fairy tale and drink the famous alkaline water! The small town of Monchique is quite warm and we can walk in its small streets. After that we go to Fóia, the highest point in the Algarve and one of the largest in Portugal.
