The tour is accessible to disabled people if accompanied or provided with motor vehicles. The slopes are such as not to allow the individual disabled traveler to move easily independently on each site of the guided tour
In the period 15 February - 6 April 2026 the tour does not include a guided tour inside the Basilica of St. Francis due to the display of the remains of St. Francis. Access will be allowed only by Reservation required and free of charge. During this period more space will be devoted to visiting other Franciscan places in the city without detracting from the general spirit of the tour offered to visitors.
