Walking by bicycle between splendid Umbrian villages such as Assisi and Spello and along secondary roads, surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, admiring the wonders of nature and crossing places of silence is a unique experience. Depending on the time of year it is possible to participate in food and wine or spectacular events such as "Frantoi Aperti" between October and November or the Spello Infiorata in June.
