Skip the weekend traffic from Jakarta if you can; weekdays are way less chaotic. Roll your windows up for the tigers but keep them down to hand-feed zebras and llamas from your car. The Baby Zoo area is where you get the best photos, and the Panda Castle at the top is actually worth the extra bus ride for the views alone. Grab a bag of carrots at the entrance and spend about four hours exploring.
