Dinner at Outdoor SkyBox on 81st floor is from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Stella Palace on 79th floor is from 6:00pm to 9.30pm and Crystal Grill on 82nd floor is from 6:00pm to 9:30pm (all with unlimited sitting time during said hours)
