Skip the crowded funiculars and walk the zig-zagging stairs to reach the top of this hill. You’ll find the Museo a Cielo Abierto—20 massive murals painted by local legends—dotted along the route. It takes about an hour to wander, but stick around for the golden hour view over the Pacific. Avoid the overpriced cafes at the summit; grab a local empanada at the base instead. The graffiti here is the real deal.
