Skip the stuffy museum tropes and actually try your hand at dipping paper or using an old-school printing press. This spot is surprisingly interactive, letting you leave with your own hand-bound booklet. Give it two hours to get through the narrow floors of the former mill. If you go on a weekday morning, you get the whole place to yourself. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little ink on. It is low-key cool.
