Skip the crowded visitor centers and head straight for Lake Königssee. The electric boat to Salet is worth every cent if you want to reach the Obersee reflections before the influencers arrive. If you're into history, the Eagle’s Nest hiking tour offers a better perspective than the overpriced bus ride. Expect a lot of steep uphill treks, so bring actual boots. Four hours is plenty unless you're doing the full WWII historical circuit.
