Abismo Anhumas is the ultimate cave flex if you have the budget for it. You rappel down 72 meters through a tiny crack into a massive cavern floor. Once inside, you can snorkel or dive through electric blue water filled with limestone cones that look like underwater skyscrapers. Give it about four hours total. Don't worry about the climb back up—the electric pulley system does the heavy lifting for you now. It's pricey, but totally unmatched.
