Spend about two hours exploring the Patriarchal Cathedral at the peak; the eerie murals inside hit different. If you have cash to burn, the E-Bike tour is a faster way to cover the surrounding hills. Just wear legit sneakers, because the cobblestones are brutal. Bring water and ditch the tour buses.
