We do not use boats — all water activities start directly from the beach for a more natural and authentic experience
Morning departures are usually recommended, as afternoons may bring stronger winds and heavier boat traffic around the Arch area
Depending on ocean conditions, the route may be adjusted to prioritize the safest experience and best snorkeling areas available that day
Route adjustments caused by ocean conditions do not qualify for partial refunds, as guest safety is always the priority
