Over the Falls Tours, Inc. vehicles are not handicap accessible. Passengers must be able to enter and exit the vehicle on their own or with the help from a member of their group. If customer’s have their own wheelchair, it must be a collapsible wheelchair only. Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.
