12:30 PEST CLASS We will start with a wine tasting accompanied by focaccia, cheeses and extra virgin olive oils, prepare pesto in a mortar tasting the second wine, eat pesto gnocchi in a mortar with a third wine and finish with limoncino and chocolate!
15:00 OR 17:30 PESTO CLASS SNACK We will start with a wine tasting, we will prepare pesto in a mortar tasting the second wine, we will eat pesto accompanied by focaccia, cheeses and extra virgin oils with a third wine and we will end with the shoe of bread in a mortar!
