Skip the main visitor center if you are just looking for a quick photo op. The Cadet Chapel is the main character here, even with ongoing renovations, but the real draw is the B-52 Stratofortress parked near the North Gate. Plan for two hours max, walk the Terrazzo if classes aren't in session, and definitely bring your ID for the security checkpoint. It is windy as hell, so pack a legit jacket even in May.
