Garfield Peak offers the best vantage point for that unreal, deep-blue water shot, but start early to beat the parking scramble. Expect thin air and zero shade. If you only have one day, skip the backcountry trails and hike the Cleetwood Cove path—it is steep, punishing, and worth the swim.
