The next stop is the Viking Ship Museum at the bay of Roskilde, with its little harbor filled with replicated Viking ships (in the summer time), all built at the museum's shipyard.
The guide will make a short introduction to the museum. And then you have time to explore the museum and its activities on your own.
-The town of Hillerod is a typical mid-sized Danish town with a walking street where you can find different kinds of lunch options from cafés, takeaways, Danish-style hotdog stands, or at the local Danish-style bakery.
In Hillerod the Frederiksborg Palace is located. This magnificent renaissance palace, built in the 1700s, century packed with historical artifacts and an amazing architecture, and a unique baroque garden at the palace.
