Skip the crowded Dover Castle queues and head to this reclaimed land created from Channel Tunnel rubble. It sounds sketchy, but it is actually the best spot for an unblocked, close-up look at the White Cliffs. Spend two hours walking the sea wall path during low tide for the best photos. Grab a coffee at the small mobile kiosk near the parking lot and just enjoy the wind. It is rugged, quiet, and cheap.
