Mexican Gastronomy was recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in November 2010, by UNESCO.

For me, it is a pleasure to show part of the Mexican cultural heritage; based on traditional recipes with a contemporary twist.

If travelers so wish, they are taken on a tour of the local market where they can view fresh produce at its best.

We will teach them to make the most traditional dishes of Mexican cuisine, where they will be able to use techniques inherited from generations.

What's included

Appetizers and drinks will be included during the preparation, and at the end a family meal will be made with the prepared foods.
