• Wheelchair use is possible; however, the guide will not be able to assist, as they must focus on guiding duties. If you require assistance when boarding or alighting the bus, or transferring in and out of your wheelchair, please ensure you are accompanied by someone who can assist you.
• If the minimum number of participants 2 people is not met at least 4 days prior to the scheduled tour date, the tour may be canceled
• The departure and arrival times, as well as the duration of stay at each destination listed in the itinerary, are approximate and subject to change. The order of activities and actual arrival times may vary depending on traffic conditions and congestion at the destinations
• This is a bus tour that takes guests around the Mt. Fuji area. Please note that views of Mt. Fuji are not guaranteed. Visibility of the mountain may be limited or completely obscured depending on weather conditions. The tour will proceed as scheduled regardless of visibility, and no refunds will be issued in the event that Mt. Fuji cannot be seen
• Depending on the number of participants, transportation may be provided by a vehicle other than a large bus, such as a mid-size bus, mini bus, or hired vehicle
• If you arrive late and miss the departure time, your reservation will be canceled. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare
• The bus will make pick-up stops at designated locations. Please note that arrival times may be delayed due to traffic or road conditions
• An English-speaking guide on board the bus will handle the tour check-in process. Please present your mobile voucher by showing the confirmation email on your smartphone or other mobile device
• Children aged 5 and under may join the tour free of charge, but will not be provided with individual seats on the bus. If a seat is required, please make a reservation under the adult fare
• If inclement weather is expected and the tour operator determines that views from Fujiyama Tower are not possible, the tour will instead visit the Fuji Airways attraction, where guests can enjoy Mt. Fuji scenery through a flight simulator experience
• If Fujiyama Tower and Fuji Airways cannot be visited due to weather conditions or facility-related circumstances on the day of the tour, the itinerary will be adjusted to include one of the following alternative locations: Fujiyama Museum or Naruto
• If inclement weather is forecasted and the tour operator determines that views from Fujiyama Tower will not be possible, the tour will be guided to the Fuji Airways attraction instead. Please note that children under 3 years of age and under 110 cm in height are not permitted to enter this facility. In such cases, the corresponding amount will be refunded in cash on the day
