• Participants should possess a reasonably good physical condition and be comfortable riding a bicycle for the tour's duration and distance
• For the safety of all participants and guides, the consumption of alcoholic beverages or illicit drugs is strictly prohibited before or during the tour. Any participant found to be under the influence of such substances will not be permitted to join or continue the tour, and no refund will be provided.
• All participants are required to strictly adhere to the designated route and always follow the instructions of the tour guide. Participants who fail to comply with route instructions or display unsafe riding behavior may be asked to discontinue the tour, and no refund will be provided.
• Please note that a minimum of 2 guests is required for the tour to proceed. In the unlikely event of a program cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different program, or a full reimbursement
