Skip the observation deck unless you really need a photo from the seventh floor; the views of the Cotai Strip are better from the ground. Spend 30 minutes walking around the base for the gram, then head inside for cheaper food than the tourist-heavy zones. It’s tacky, but honestly, it kind of works here.
