Evening is the best time to be on the water at Vourvourou. The day-trippers have gone, the bay is calm, and the light turns the whole archipelago gold. Departing from Vourvourou Beach in front of Ekies All Senses Resort, the route takes you to the Blue Lagoon — a natural pool of turquoise water sheltered between the islands of Diaporos — for a late swim as the sun begins to drop. From there, your skipper heads to Karydi Beach for a quiet stop before guiding you slowly back through Vourvourou Bay, with front-row views of the sunset reflecting across the water and the mountains of Sithonia.
