Skip the crowded yacht clubs and grab a sandwich at the nearby Carrefour to eat by the pond. You get the best look at the Mediterranean and the massive statue of Princess Grace amidst thousands of blooming roses. Go between May and June to actually see the flowers peaking, otherwise, it’s just a nice patch of grass. Budget an hour, walk the perimeter, and ignore the tourist traps bordering the park entrance.
