Bypass the basic gift shops upstairs and head straight to Kollar Chocolates to watch them hand-paint truffles; the fennel pollen flavor hits different. Grab a double espresso, wander the art galleries, and enjoy the cooling relief while you recharge. Forty-five minutes is enough to loop the whole space. Do not bother with the high-end boutiques unless your bank account is limitless.
