What to Expect: A fun and educational hike Difficulty: Intermediate. The 7 km trail with a 160-meter elevation gain includes narrow, steep sections, so a reasonable level of fitness is required. What to Wear: I recommend closed hiking shoes with non-slip soles and long trousers for protection. What to Bring: Please bring your own water and snacks.
