Board this narrow-gauge train at Diakopto for an hour-long ride through the Vouraikos Gorge. You pass through carved rock tunnels and cross metal bridges over waterfalls. Sit on the left side going uphill for the best views. It costs about 19 Euros round trip, which is steep, but the scenery is elite. Skip the winter fog if you want photos; spring is better when the river is actually flowing. Grab a coffee in Kalavryta before heading back.
