Skip the scorching outdoor path during the midday heat and head straight for the indoor aquarium exhibits. It takes about three hours to walk the full loop. The African savannah section offers decent giraffe sightings, but save your money on the overpriced park snacks and bring your own water bottle. Best time to visit is immediately when gates open at 10am to beat the school field trips. It is a solid afternoon filler, nothing more.
