Passport name and number, gender, date of birth and nationality are required for all passengers; please advise at the time of booking
It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they comply with all the necessary passport (must be valid for at least 6 months), visa, health, insurance and other travel regulations required for all the countries they will be visiting prior to the start of the tour

No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms in European hotels•

Our company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).

For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding. If they are not accompanied by their family and insist on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse their orders. All the consequences caused by personal problems during the trip are responsible for themselves.

Single room supplement are available throughout the tour except for the cabin accommodation, which defaults to a 4-berth inside cabin shared by four guests. Mixed-gender cabin sharing may occur. Cabin upgrades are available for an additional fee, but upgraded cabins still have four beds.
Each guest is required to pay a €10 Ferry fees, bridge tolls . A minimum tip of €10 per day is required for the driver and the guide.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
