Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected.
The Hop-on Hop-off ticket is valid for 48 hours from the first activation, during operating hours.

If you cancel at least 3 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 3 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
