• The ticket is valid for both adults and children. Children below 3 years old enter for free. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older while at the attraction.
• Ticket does not include Virtual Reality (VR) Thrillcoaster and Virtual Reality (VR) Racing experiences.
• Madame Tussauds Singapore does not offer refunds or replacements in the event that any featured entitlement is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
• The Marvel 4D Show will end on 15 April 2026 - If you bought a ticket before this date that includes the show but visit after 15 April 2026, you will receive a replacement: one snack and one canned drink (worth $8.50). All other admission and attraction access at Madame Tussauds Singapore remain unchanged.
• The Ultimate Film Star Experience zone at Madame Tussauds Singapore will be closed on Wednesday, 22 April for upgrades. All other areas remain open as usual.
