Skip the killer uphill walk and pay the shuttle or drive to the top. The castle itself is pretty small, but the balcony view of the church on the island is the only reason to drop the entry fee. Spend an hour here max, snap the panorama, and check out the historic printing press. It gets overcrowded by noon, so aim for opening time to actually hear yourself think. Don't bother with the overpriced restaurant.
