Don't pay for the prawn farm tour unless you are under twelve or really need a nap. The real play is the 'catch your own' pond. You get a rod, a bucket, and about 45 minutes to bag some massive freshwater prawns before heading to the onsite kitchen. It is surprisingly competitive and actually tastes better when you hauled it out yourself. Go early to dodge the midday school bus rush and grab extra garlic butter.
