Admire the windmills, stop to spot the pink flamingos using the binoculars we provide on board, and touch the salt with your own hands. Enjoy a guided tour of the Salt Museum with a local guide, then follow the Salinaro trail, admiring the splendid salt pans and the lights reflecting on the salt water. After visiting the salt pans, we’ll head to a traditional dairy for a tasting session. Join us for a traditional tasting of Sicilian cheeses at a local dairy. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the dairy owners, who will show you in and begin a tour of the dairy to show you how the cheeses are made. After the tour, sit back and enjoy a tasting of traditional cheeses accompanied by local wine. Return to Trapani
