Skip the main tourist traps and spend an hour here instead. You get to walk through an actual 18th-century apothecary filled with dusty glass jars, ancient surgical tools, and weird dried plants. The basement cellar is where it gets creepy and cool. It is small, cheap, and takes less than 45 minutes to see everything. Definitely ask the staff about the old recipes. Go during the week to avoid weekend school groups crowding the display cases.
