The spiral staircase is tight, but the view of the San Francisco Convent ruins and the river is unmatched. Aim for 30 minutes before sunset to see the Buenos Aires skyline flickering on the horizon. Spend 20 minutes here, then grab a beer in the Old Town. It is easily the best photo spot in town.
