Stop at the Playa Mansa viewpoint for the heart-shaped island photo, but actually spend your time on the water. The teal hue is real, not filtered. If you're doing the Cerro Tronador day tour, you'll pass right through here to see the Ventisquero Negro (Black Glacier). Budget three hours if you’re just chilling by the shore, or a full day for the Three Lakes Circuit. Pack a windbreaker; the Patagonian breeze is no joke.
