Ditch the Oia sunset crowds and hike this massive volcanic outcrop instead. The path starts with steep stairs in Imerovigli, but the view from the base of the rock is unbeatable. Scramble around the side to find the hidden Mother of God Theoskepasti chapel—it's the best photo spot on the island. Give it two hours around Golden Hour. Wear actual sneakers, not flip-flops, because the gravel is slippery and the wind gets intense.
