Skip the ground-level cafes and take the Euroscoop elevator straight to the top. The glass floor gives you a heart-stopping look at the port below, but only visit on a clear day or you’ll just be staring at gray clouds. Spend an hour here max, then head to the Delftsestraat area for actual coffee. It is overpriced, but the 360-degree vantage point of the Erasmus Bridge is the only way to see Rotterdam's architecture properly.
