If you aren't ready for that kind of commitment, stick to the 4 Days Everest View Trek for the same views without the altitude sickness. When you're done, skip the hike back down and book a Helicopter Ride from Lukla Airport to Kathmandu. It’s expensive, but your knees will thank you.
